Fulham v Bolton Premiership Preview: Johnson Still A Doubt For Fulham – Elmander Still Missing For Trotters

Roy Hodgson’s Fulham take on Bolton Wanderers in the Premier League at Craven Cottage on Saturday.

The Cottagers will be hoping to add to their solitary 3 points picked up in their last game against Arsenal, but have only played two matches so far in the Premier League, with Hodgson’s side looking vastly improved from last season.

Bolton have had a solid start to this season, which like Fulham is also an improvement on last season, with the only defeat for Gary Megson’s men coming at the hands of Newcastle United at St James Park in their second game. Which has put the Trotters in 8th place in the League at this early stage.

Fulham will still be without Diomansy Kamara (knee) for the visit of Bolton, with new signing Andy Johnson still doubtful for the clash with a thigh strain, which means the England International may have to wait to make his Fulham Debut.

The Trotters are still missing record signing Johan Elmander (hamstring), along with Matthew Taylor (ankle) and Joey O’Brien, who is still a major doubt with concussion, but loan signing Ebi Smolarek could make his debut.
