Manchester City along with Premier League Champions Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are all reportedly tracking Bolton Wanderers teenage sensation Jack Sampson.
The Trotters face a tough battle to keep hold of 15-year-old Sampson, with Spurs, City, United and the Magpies all keen to offer the young striker his first professional deal. Bolton are desperate to keep hold of the young prodigy, but can’t offer Sampson a pro-contract at the Reebok Stadium until he turns 17.
City have reportedly been keeping tabs on the forward for over a year, while United, Spurs and Newcastle have also started to monitor the situation regarding Sampson at Bolton recently.
The England Youth International is understood to be due to decide in the next few weeks where his football future lies, with White Hart Lane, St James’ Park, Old Trafford and the Eastlands all ready to offer Sampson the stage to start his professional career.
