Liverpool have announced the signing of Brazilian Vitor Flora, according to reports.
18-year-old Flora will arrive at Anfield on a free transfer, with the highly rated youngster joining from Brazilian side Botafogo.
Flora holds an Italian passport, which eliminates the need for Flora to obtain a work permit before the South American can join Rafa Benitez’s team.
